Internships

Communication

In today’s competitive job market, a college degree alone will not guarantee a job after graduation. Businesses are looking for employees who have applicable work experience in addition to a solid education. To meet this need, AUM offers students an array of internships. We have initiated programs with a variety of local and regional corporations. Internships are available for AUM students majoring in communication. Check with Larry Moore lmoore29@aum.edu for specifics on requirements for internships.

Theatre

Our celebrated faculty and staff, all working professionals, are dedicated to providing you with the training and guidance, needed to impress prospective employers and succeed in this industry. Many of our students are often working professionally, in this competitive field, even before they complete their studies. For more information, contact Val Winkelman vwinkelm@aum.edu.

Communication Disorders

Check with Amy Ogburn aogburn@aum.edu for potential internship information, additional research opportunities, and conference presentations within the field.
